The 3M 6059 Gas and Vapour ABEK1 Filter Cartridges are designed to protect the user against organic vapours, inorganic vapours, acid gases, and ammonia and its derivatives. These cartridges are compatible with 3M’s 6000 and 7000 Series range of half and full face masks and feature a bayonet fitting. It is DOSH SIRIM (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) approved.

3M™ Gas and Vapour Filters 6059, ABEK1, 64 EA/Case

3M™ Gas and Vapour Filters 6059, ABEK1 protect against organic vapours with boiling points above 65°C, inorganic and acid gases and ammonia. It is suitable for use with 3M™ Reusable Respirators featuring the Bayonet filter connection system (3M™ Reusable Full Facepiece 6000 Series, 3M™ Reusable Half Facepiece 7500 Series, 3M™ Reusable Half Facepiece 6500 QL Series and 3M™ Reusable Halfpiece 6000 Series). For ABEK1 breathing protection against organic vapours (boiling point above 65 °C), inorganic vapours, acid gases, ammonia and its derivatives, use 3M™ Gas and Vapour Filters, 6059. 3M 6059 filters have a brown, grey, yellow and green colour-coded label according to the EN14387 classification system to show the type of protection they provide.

3M 6059 lightweight filters combine protection with comfort, and they’re compatible with 3M’s range of reusable half and full-facepiece for safe working in hazardous environments. 3M 6059, ABEK1 offers low breathing resistance and good balance when connected to your facepiece, and are designed to optimize one’s field of vision. 3M 6059 filter cartridge can be clicked into place quickly and easily and can be used with any 3M™ Reusable Facepiece that feature a bayonet-style connection. It can also be used in combination with 3M™ Particulate Filters 5925/5935 and 3M™ Filter Retainer 501.
